There's absolutely no  reason as to why you should experience the excruciating pain of stomach, peptic, gastric ulcers caused by h.pylory bacteria yet the remedy is a grocery away.

Here's a simple and quite effective stomach/ peptic ulcer and h.pylory remedy.

But before we jump into the remedy, let's get to the root of it.

What is stomach ulcer and h.pylory

Stomach ulcer is caused by acid in the stomach  corroding  the mucoidal layer and hence eats up the stomach walls causing ulcer.

The wounds are then infected by h.pylory bacteria which gets into your stomach through any of the  habits listed below.

This happens when food takes more than required time in the stomach for digestion. The food purifies creating a good environment for h.pylory bacteria to grow and multiply.

Common causes:

1. Skipping meals

2. Poor water intake

3. Eating heavily in the evening and sleeping with food in the stomach

4. Stress

5. Eating between meals

6. Junk foods

7. Alcohol and Tea

Now, for you to  completely  recover from h.pylory you should identify the cause properly, then work on correcting/eliminating the cause and then you can use the natural remedy.

Habit correction:

1. Avoid skipping meals, preferably take heavy breakfast.

2. Take enough water

3. Don't sleep with food in your stomach.Allow time for digestion to take place. Ensure not to take meals late in the night. The last meal should be taken at 8pm.

4. Don't stress.with prayer make your request know to God. Be still and know that He is God.

5. Don't eat between meals, like snaking and the likes..take utmost three meals a day but you can do two if your work is not very physical.

6.Eliminate junk foods.

7. Avoid alcohol and tea

Caution!

If you do not identify and eliminate the specific cause  and adapt healthier habits, what is likely to happen is that you will get relieved but before long, your illness will be back, for the  obvious reasons.

Remedy ingredients:

All you need is:

¼ medium size cabbage (Raw)

3 cloves of garlic

Blender/juicer/knife

Note that the cabbage is to be taken raw not stemmed.

    1. Yes..there's a condition called achlorhydria which is insufficient stomach acid..like the stomach is not able to produce enough stomach acid. When the stomach does not have enough HCl, intestinal bacteria and yeast (candida albicans) are able to
enter it and ferment high carbohydrate foods (juice, fruit, breads, etc.).
